How do I order?
First, browse our Catalog, which lists items by various categories. When you find an item that you like, simply add it to your shopping cart or fill out an order form. You can then send your order 24 hours/7 days a week on-line, by e-mail, toll-free telephone, fax, or by postal mail. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders that include back-ordered items are processed as soon as the items come in (usually within 3-7 days).

How do I use your shopping cart?
Our shopping cart is simple and convenient. Simply add items you’d like to purchase in your shopping cart first. You can cancel or delete an item at any time. You can either submit your order securely or print it out to send by fax or mail, or call our toll-free telephone. Here is a step-by-step illustration:

1. Add an Item:

Go to the Catalog and click a category that interests you. When you find an item you want, simply click the Add to Cart button placed under the picture of the book cover. Each time you click Add to Cart, you will get to review your cart contents. You can add or subtract any number of items or empty the cart at any time. Nothing is final until you check out!

2. To View Your Cart:

Whenever you’d like to see your cart contents, click the Cart button located on the top right of each page. You can review what’s in your shopping cart, change the quantity, remove an item, empty the cart and start over, or check out.

3. To Purchase:

When you are finished shopping, click the Cart button and follow the four simple and easy ordering steps:

Step 1: First select your shipping method and US state you reside in (for non-US customers, select “No State or Province”). Click GO TO PAYMENTS button.

Step 2: Fill out the billing information (i.e. name, address, phone, and e-mail address). Click CONTINUE button.

Step 3: The order summary will appear. Double-check and make sure everything is correct. Print this page if you’d like to order by phone, fax, or mail. To order on-line, click CONTINUE button.

Step 4: You are now guided to the Secure Payment section. Select the card type from the drop-down menu and fill out the number and expiration date. Your order cannot be processed if any of the information is incorrect, so please double-check your input. Click CONTINUE to submit your order securely and a confirmation page will appear to confirm your submission.

After you submit your order, you’ll receive an e-mail that confirms our receipt of your order shortly. Another e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed and shipped (usually within 24-48 hours after we receive your order). Please allow 1-3 extra days for processing during the weekend and holiday.

Can I order without using your shopping cart?
Yes. There are two other ways you can place an order:

By Telephone, Fax, or Regular Mail:
Print out the order form provided, fill it out, and either call our toll-free telephone number, fax, or mail.

Through a bookstore:
You can also buy or order many of our books and videos through a local bookstore or music store near you.

Can you ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, we can ship your order anywhere you would like us to send it. If it’s different from your billing address, just write the address where you’d like us to ship your order in the shipping address section which appears just below the billing information section.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. If paying by credit card, double-check your name (as it appears on your card), the card number, expiration date, and billing address before submitting. If any of the information is incorrect, your card may be declined when processing.

Will my credit card information be sent safely?
Yes. When you enter your credit card information via our secure server, everything will be encrypted to keep your information safe. Encryption prevents your personal information from being readable when it’s sent over the Internet. (Note: Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information.)

What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your private information is for internal use only, such as when processing your orders. We do not ever rent or sell your contact information to outside companies. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I return an item?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund less shipping and handling costs. Please note that the merchandise must be in its original and resalable condition. Please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to:

What are the shipping options, costs, and delivery time?
We ship the U.S. orders via USPS Media Mail (delivery: 4-14 days) or USPS Priority Mail (delivery: 2-10 days). For international orders, your order will be shipped either by Air Mail (delivery: 3-14 days) or Surface (Sea) Mail (delivery: 2-6 weeks), per your request. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for processing when ordering during the weekend. For details on shipping costs and options, please check at Shipping.

After I placed an order, can I check the status of my order?
Yes, most U.S. orders are now sent with delivery confirmation. So, if your order is shipped within the U.S.A., you can check its shipping date and time and location from where your order was shipped. If your order was sent by the USPS Priority Mail or Media Mail, you’ll able to track your order at: http://www.usps.com. If your order was upgraded to FedEx Ground, you can check the status of your order at: http://www.fedex.com/us. As for the oversea orders, there is currently no tracking device except for the International Express mail.
