HOW TO ORDER

 

Here are frequently asked questions about ordering and shopping at our site. If you are a dealer or library, please go to Dealers Relations.

How do I order?
First, browse Catalog that lists books and videos by various categories. When you found an item that you like, simply add it to your shopping cart or fill out an order form. You can then send your order 24 hours/7 days a week on-line, by e-mail, toll-free telephone, fax, or by snail mail. (note: Most orders are processed during the office hours (M-F/8:30AM-4:30PM Pacific Standard Time). Please allow extra 1~2 days if you place it on weekends.)

How do I use your shopping cart?
Our shopping cart is convenient and flexible. Simply add items you'd like to purchase in your shopping cart first. You can cancel or delete an item at any time. When you are finished shopping,  you'll be given a choice to order by credit card on secure server, by FAX, or by regular mail. For people whose browser doesn't support secure server, non-secure server is also provided.

Go to Catalog and click a category that interests you. When you find an item you like, simply click the Add to Cart button placed under a cover picture. Each time you click "add," you will get to review your cart contents. You can add or subtract any amount of items or empty it at any time.  Nothing is final until you check out.

2. View Your Cart:

Click the View Cart button located on the top right of each page.  You can review what's in your shopping cart, change the quantity, remove an item or empty the cart and start over or check out.

3. To Purchase:

When you are finished shopping, click the View Cart button.  Follow the simple and easy ordering process and fill out your name (as it appears on your credit card), billing address, and payment information. We cannot process your order if any of your information is invalid so double check your input. You can then securely submit your order or print out the form and mail or FAX or call our toll-free number. A confirmation note will appear a moment after you submit your order. You'll receive another confirmation by e-mail before the shipment (usually within 24~48 hours after you sent your order). Please allow extra 1-2 days for processing when ordered during the weekend. You are always welcome to reconfirm your order by e-mail.

Can I order without using your shopping cart?
Yes. There are three other ways you can place an order:

By E-mail: 
Fill out the simple form provided, click the SUBMIT button, and it will be promptly sent to us electronically. A confirmation note will appear a moment after you submitted your order. Double check your order once more.  If you found a mistake, notify us immediately. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you just before the shipment (usually within 24~48 hours after you sent your order).  You are always welcome to reconfirm your order by e-mail. Please allow extra 1-2 days for processing when ordered during the weekend.

By Telephone, Fax, Regular Mail:
Print out the order form provided, fill out and call toll-free telephone (24 hours a day/7 days a week) or send it by fax or snail mail.

Through a bookstore:
You can also buy or order many of our books or videos through a bookstore or music store near you.

Do you ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, we can ship your order to anywhere you would like us to send. Just write the shipping address in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box of the shopping cart or COMMENT box of the E-mail order form when checking out. Or, immediately after you placed an order, you can send us an e-mail to . Be sure to include your name and order number in your e-mail.

How do I pay?
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express and personal checks or money orders denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. If paying by a credit card, double check your name (as it appears on your card), card numbers, expiration date, and billing address before submitting. If any of the information is incorrect, your card may be declined when processing.

Will my credit card information be sent safely?
Yes. When you enter your card information via our secure server, everything will be encrypted. Encryption prevents your personal information to be readable when it's sent over the Internet. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you won't have to pay for them.

What is your privacy policy?
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your private information is for internal use only such as when processing your orders. We do not ever rent or sell your contact information to outside companies. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Can I return an item?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund less shipping & handling costs. Please note that the merchandise has to be in its original and resalable condition. Please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to:

What are the shipping options, costs, & delivery time?
We ship all U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail (delivery usually takes 2-14 days). For international orders, your order will be shipped either by Air Mail (delivery takes 3-14 days) or Surface (Sea) Mail (delivery takes 2-6 weeks) per your request.
